The Whirlpool W11302460 Dishwasher Console provides access to the dishwasher’s operating controls and settings. Positioned on the front of the appliance, the console houses the buttons or touch controls used to select wash cycles, adjust available options, and start or pause operation. It connects with the dishwasher’s electronic control system to transmit user selections and display operating information, depending on the appliance configuration. The console also covers and protects the control area and related internal components from routine contact. Replacing a damaged console can restore proper access to the dishwasher controls, support accurate cycle selection, and maintain the intended fit and appearance of the appliance. Its design supports straightforward operation during regular dishwashing tasks.
