The Whirlpool W11724411 Microwave Support Service Clip is used to secure and support the designated microwave component during normal appliance operation. This service clip fits into the specified mounting position and holds the related part firmly in place, maintaining proper alignment and reducing unwanted movement during use. Correct installation is important for keeping the supported component securely positioned and maintaining the microwave’s intended assembly. A broken, loose, or missing clip may allow movement, misalignment, or instability of the related component. Replacing the service clip can restore proper mounting and support within the appliance.
