The Whirlpool WP2216112 Air Diffuser helps regulate the flow of cold air inside a refrigerator to support consistent cooling. Designed to direct air between designated compartments, this component works with the refrigerator’s air circulation system to help distribute cold air where it is needed. Proper airflow helps maintain suitable storage conditions for food and beverages while supporting the appliance’s cooling performance. A damaged or malfunctioning diffuser may contribute to uneven temperatures or restricted air movement. Replacing a faulty component can help restore proper airflow and improve cooling consistency. This replacement part is a practical option for refrigerator maintenance and repair.
