The Whirlpool WP24452 Mixer Latch Lever secures and releases the tilt-head mechanism on compatible stand mixers. This component locks the mixer head in position during mixing and allows it to tilt back for convenient access to the bowl when released. Proper latch function supports head stability and convenient ingredient access during food preparation. A worn or damaged lever may prevent the mixer head from locking securely or releasing properly. Replacing a faulty lever restores reliable locking and convenient head movement. Designed for compatible mixer models, this replacement part provides a practical solution for a damaged latch lever and supports secure, convenient mixer use.
