The Whirlpool WP285170 Dishwasher Faucet Coupler Collar secures the dishwasher hose coupler to a compatible faucet adapter for a stable water connection. This replacement collar fits around the coupler assembly and keeps the connection properly positioned during dishwasher use. It supports steady water flow through the hose while reducing the risk of looseness or disconnection at the faucet. A worn or damaged collar may cause an unstable connection or water leakage, making replacement necessary for proper hose attachment. This component is suitable for compatible Whirlpool dishwasher models and provides a practical replacement for a cracked, worn, or damaged coupler collar
