The Whirlpool WP3951702 Washer Timer controls the timing and sequence of wash cycles. This electromechanical component directs power to parts such as the water inlet valve, drive motor, and drain pump at scheduled intervals. Located behind the control panel, it coordinates filling, agitation, draining, rinsing, and spinning according to the selected cycle. A faulty timer may interrupt cycles or prevent certain functions from working correctly. Replacing a defective timer can restore proper cycle timing and consistent washer performance. Designed for compatible Whirlpool washing machine models, this replacement part provides a practical solution for a damaged or worn timer.
