The Whirlpool WP3953146 Washer Timer controls wash cycle timing and sequence for consistent washing machine performance. It regulates the progression through wash, rinse, and spin stages according to the selected settings. This replacement component manages cycle duration and transitions, allowing the washer to follow its programmed sequence. Replacing a faulty timer may resolve issues such as cycles stopping prematurely or failing to advance correctly when the timer is the cause. Designed for compatible washing machine models, this part provides a practical solution for restoring proper cycle control. Verify your washer’s model number and the replacement part number before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
