The Whirlpool WP6-0A57420 Washer Agitator Shaft Seal prevents water from leaking around the agitator shaft during wash cycles. Fitted around the shaft, this seal creates a barrier between the shaft and surrounding washer components. It forms part of the washer’s internal sealing assembly and limits water seepage near the agitator connection. A worn, cracked, or damaged seal may cause leaks around the shaft area. This replacement part is intended for compatible washing machine models and fits within the designated agitator shaft assembly. Compatibility depends on the washer model and the design of its internal components.
