The Whirlpool WP61004888 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor provides steady airflow to support consistent cooling in compatible refrigerators and freezers. Rated at 115V and 60Hz, this replacement motor drives the evaporator fan to circulate cold air from the evaporator area throughout the appliance. Proper air circulation supports more even temperatures and can reduce warm spots within the refrigerator and freezer compartments. It is a suitable replacement for a worn, noisy, or non-functioning evaporator fan motor. Replacing a faulty motor can restore proper airflow and maintain normal cooling performance. This part is designed for compatible Whirlpool refrigerator models and should be matched with the appliance model before installation.
