The Whirlpool WP71002111 Grease Filter captures grease and airborne cooking particles to help keep the range ventilation system cleaner. Installed in the designated filter area, it allows air to pass through while trapping grease released during cooking. This helps reduce grease buildup inside the ventilation components and supports proper airflow during everyday meal preparation. A clean, properly fitted filter also makes routine kitchen maintenance easier by limiting residue accumulation around the range’s exhaust system. If the existing filter is clogged, damaged, or missing, replacing it can restore effective grease collection and maintain the ventilation system’s function. Designed for compatible range models, this replacement part provides a practical solution for managing cooking grease and maintaining a cleaner cooking area.
