The Whirlpool WPW10310922 Range Oven Door Vent Top Trim regulates airflow at the top of the oven door to support controlled heat release during operation. This trim component works by covering and directing vented air away from the door surface, allowing internal temperatures to remain balanced while the oven operates. Installed along the upper edge of the oven door, it integrates with the door frame and vent channel as part of the oven’s ventilation system. This part supports consistent heat management, reduces heat buildup near the control area, and contributes to stable oven performance during baking and cooking tasks.
