The Whirlpool WPW10388414 Drive Belt transfers motor power to the washer’s drive system for proper drum movement during laundry cycles. This replacement belt connects the designated drive components and moves as the motor runs, supporting the mechanical action required for washing and spinning. Proper belt function maintains consistent power transmission and washer performance. A worn, stretched, or broken belt may cause slipping, unusual noise, or prevent the drum from spinning properly. Replacing a damaged belt can restore power transfer and support normal drum movement.
