The Whirlpool WPW10395657 Refrigerator Ice Bucket Container Assembly provides organized storage and controlled transfer of ice within the freezer system. This assembly is a molded container that collects ice from the ice maker and positions it for delivery through the dispenser. It works by holding ice in alignment with the auger mechanism, allowing cubes to move forward when dispensing is activated. Installed inside the freezer compartment, it integrates with the auger motor, dispenser chute, and ice maker housing. This part of the refrigerator supports consistent ice flow, reduces spillage inside the freezer, and improves overall dispensing performance while maintaining orderly ice storage during operation.
