The Whirlpool WPW10671941 Pump & Motor Assembly circulates water through the dishwasher to support effective cleaning and drainage. Designed for compatible Whirlpool dishwashers, this assembly combines a motor with a pump that moves water through the spray system during wash cycles and directs used water toward the drain. Proper water circulation allows detergent and water to reach dishes more consistently, while effective drainage removes wastewater after cleaning. A worn or faulty pump and motor assembly may cause weak water circulation, poor cleaning results, unusual noise, or drainage issues.
