A wireless andon light system lets a manufacturing unit put visual alert beacons at workstations without complicated wiring or heavy installation work. When a problem comes up, the operator presses a wireless terminal and supervisors are alerted right away. Deployment is quick, installation costs stay lower, and response times remain fast and organized. Soft Designers offers flexible wireless Andon systems for dynamic shop floors and changing assembly layouts.
