The Whirlpool WP22001530 Timer controls the timing and progression of wash cycles to support the washer’s normal operation. This replacement component coordinates cycle functions by regulating when different stages of the washing process begin and end, according to the selected settings and washer design. It helps manage the sequence of washing, rinsing, and other programmed operations, allowing laundry cycles to run as intended. A faulty timer may cause the washer to stop unexpectedly, remain stuck in one stage, or fail to advance through the selected cycle.
