The Zurn PN400-5B-GRID Drain Cover 5" is a metal floor drain grate designed to protect plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings by preventing debris from entering while allowing water to flow freely. It fits into 5-inch drain openings and features a grid pattern that supports efficient drainage in kitchens, and utility areas. Installed over floor drains, this cover helps channel wastewater into the drainage system while blocking solids that could cause clogs. Its role in the floor system is to support proper water evacuation, reduce maintenance needs, and help maintain proper conditions by keeping larger particles out of the underlying plumbing infrastructure.
